Advanced Dental Therapist
Are you passionate about pediatric dental care and making a difference in your community? Let’s Smile, a non-profit organization, dedicated to promoting excellent oral health, is looking for a friendly and caring Part-Time Advanced Dental Therapist to join our team!
Work Schedule
- Mondays and Tuesdays
- 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
What You’ll Do:
- Perform dental examinations and evaluations to determine appropriate non-surgical treatment.
- Provide top-notch dental treatment to our wonderful pediatric patients.
- Apply preventative materials, including sealants and Silver Diamine Fluoride.
- Teach kids and teens about the importance of oral health in fun and engaging way.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate closely with our friendly dental team to ensure every child receives the best care possible.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Valid Advanced Dental Therapist License in the state of Minnesota.
- Experience with pediatric patients is a big plus!
- Strong communication skills and a caring, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and love being part of a team.
- Passionate advocate for our mission of bringing healthy smiles to all kids and teens.
Benefits:
- Compensation: $75 per hour
- PTO: Vacation and Sick Leave
